In 1990 it became a reality... the restaurant "Los Remos la Nao" in Jávea. Both owners, Daniel Tabarra and Tomás Franco, having a long gastronomy experience of 35 years, look after every detail and welcome at the restaurant "Los Remos" in Javea a large clientele of foreigners. Daniel Tabarra ran several restaurants and hotels in Paris. Tomas Franco worked as Chef for renowned Spanish restaurants. The owners met some years ago in Paris and met again at the restaurant "Mediterráneo" in Palma de Majorca where the idea of opening a special restaurant in Javea came up.
The Chefs “Rubén and Tomás Franco" create innovative delicatessen of the Mediterranean cuisine. "Rubén Franco", son of the owner, has cooked for famous restaurants such as "Santamaría" in Barcelona, "Mugadiz" in Guipúzcoa, "Alejandro" in Valencia and "Yamamoto" in Tokyo.
